First Place

Winter Co-ed Kickball at Portland State Sundays

These 20-something super athletes proved that strength in numbers is a fallacy, using 8 of their rostered players to start a run through the softcore 1 playoffs, culminating in a "Super" championship win over Soft Winter Runs. Timely fielding from team captain JJ, some on-field coaching from Vernell, and a monster HR from Kelsey helped Jock Jamz dominate the field at PSU. Great job guys!

Vernell Warren

Jock Jamz

After falling behind early, Jock Jamz got a big lift from their resident catcher Vernell. Vernell was quick covering bunts, and delivering some rocket throws to 1st, keeping runners off base, to help keep the game tight. When Jock Jamz needed offense, Vernell was able to deliver some well placed kicks, and used his speed to take the extra base and put pressure on One Bad Inning's defense, resulting in... One Bad Inning for the namesake. Great job Vernell!
