It was only right that on their last night as a softcore team, the Volley of Man went out with a championship wristband. They played a well deserving second place team in Block Party. The team in blue just had that little extra tonight and were ready to the championship game. From the start of the night, The Volley of Man talked it up and made sure that no ball hit the sand without a body next to it. It was an amazing season all around and they ended it with a two game bang, great work Volley of man!
SAVE OF THE NIGHT! Reaching way out to make the save with just enough to get it up and over the net for the point was Sara K of the Volley of Man. It was an out standing play that highlighted a great night of volleyball for this team. She was ready to start the sand season off right. Way to go Sara, its only just the start of the season so keep those saves coming!
