She may be small in stature, but Melanie McCaffrey is big on volleyball talent! With Notorious D.I.G. in a semi final game vs. Ball Me Maybe, Melanie took her team moniker to heart and set about digging her way through so many tough defensive plays. Using either one or both hands and flinging herself across court to save any kill she could, Melanie was as hard-working as we've ever seen. In addition to her huge efforts in the sand to dig up saves wherever possible, she also delivered some pretty sweet serves. While ND wasn't able to come out victorious and land in the finals, their efforts were rock solid with the added bonus of Melanie's great work! Nice season you all!
