This week Steve Sickman was playing high energy! He was always moving and hustling. He deserves player of the week for his awesome saves, his good serves, and his nice sets & passes :) His team played 5 against 6. They had two really close first games and went on to win the third! Good job Steve!!
Opening Night Thursday Softcore at Friendly House saw some great action all night, but especially when Volley Parton's John Cox stepped on the court. With only 4 players to cover the hardwood, John took charge and did his duty to make sure the Parton family stayed competitive and energetic by displaying some wicked moves and dives. John and his teammates worked in perfect 4-mation to dig, assist, spike and power serve their way to a 2-1 game match vs. Setsy and We Know It. John had fancy, floor sprawling saves to make for exciting action and inspired his teammates to push for those wins. Great way to start the season Volley Parton and John Cox!
