Sunday was a beautiful day for kickball and the final four teams came to play. The Kickn' Kids prevailed over the Burning Sensations and Teen Girl Squad cruised by Broadway Veterinary to earn themselves a spot in the final game.
Simply put, the championship game was amazing. Teen Girls and Kickn' Kids both came to win, and their defenses played excellent. Teen Girls took an early 3 to 1 lead, but in the 6th inning the Kickin' Kids kicked in 2 more runs to tie it at 3. The Kickin' Kids nearly scored again in the 7th, but the teen girl defense held them off. In the bottom of the 7th with one out and a runner on third the Teen Girls hit a deep fly ball and knocked in the winning run!
