Our championship game lived up to all the hype. Overcast skies and the threat of rain couldn't dampen the spirits of Balls of Fury and El Hefe's Kegler Cabana. The game was close for most of the way until El Hefe's broke it open in the bottom of the 6th to break a 4-4 tie.
Our third place game was not meant to be. The Octagon were awarded the win by forfeit due to Mean Omen's no show.
Cliff made a great slide into 3rd base to keep inning going and his team's run explosion in the bottom of the 6th.
In the tightest game of the Year El Hefe's Kegler Cabana faced Balls of Fury. With the score all tied up at four each Dustin Slunaker got a hit to drive in the winning run.
