A blazing hot championship round of mini golf for our grande finale of Sah-Hah-Lee, Drinks on the Links. Choose your own theme night brought out the following: Motha Puttas - Tonga Party, Dirty Birdies - Beach Bummin, Balls Deep - Blue Balls Deep Team Cohesiveness, Tee Length - Bridesmaidery, Mighty Mugs - Brah with no Bras, Harry and the Putters - Power (Spirit) Animals, 7 Stroke Par - Their pretty selves, and finally BAMF - The Village People!
An amazing display of spirit (and courage for the boys of Tee Length). While Neil of Tee Length stole a friggin ridiculous 9 skins from his team, BAMF pulled together a great final round of championship mini golf to seal their place in Underdog DOTL history.
For amazing spirit, Motha Puttas and Balls Deep collected a crazy amount of coupons with their inventive costuming and all out, mid game cheer-fests. The MP high putter celebrations could be heard all over the course for the entire season.
Well done, sirs and madams. Thanks for making this season of Drinks on the Links great! All the teams had great costumes and spirit throughout the season. We can't wait to see what you come up with, next time!
Kudos to BAMF for taking the best of award for Zombie hilarity. They made their costumes a bit more specific for the night, making them "Zombie Chefs from the Dead!" Matching chef's knife earrings, modified chef's shirts, a butcher knife through the head, the "hey, isn't it obvious what I am? Read the shirt," shirt. It was all there. These Bad a** Mini F*#%ers also brought the first Zombie walk to the course. Hey, and you should've seen how those zombies celebrated their great shots... priceless.
