Fall Westside Co-ed Big Turkey Bowling Thursdays at Valley Lanes

Pit of De-spare came up big in the final night of the season with scores in the semi-finals and finals of 652 and 663 respectively. With a mix-and-match theme night for Pit, they had a variety of pro-sports represented including basketball, football, hockey and "Go Team" - whichever sport that is!
In the semi-finals Pit of De-spare was matched up against Drinking Team with a Bowling Problem in a re-match from Week 4 when Drinking Team pulled out a narrow victory over Pit. This week they were able to put up more than respectable numbers yet again but Pit was just off the charts and was able to advance into the Championship.
In the other semi-final game our Spirit Winners, Pin Envy, were matched against Tight Butts and Beer Gutts. Grant and Mark let out their guts a little and led the way to an impressive victory against a short-handed team but "Gold Man" from Pin Envy showed us everything he had, quite literally, with his gold body suit but it just wasn't enough of a distraction for the Butts and Gutts.
In the no-tap competition we had a very close game between all four teams for the no-tap prize with only a 3-ticket difference between first and fourth. Balls Deep and Sixual Pinnuendos ended up tying for first place with 11 no-tap tickets! Balls Deep had it in their pockets but with Christy last up in the tenth frame and Sixual only needing one ticket to tie it up with Balls Deep she hit the no-tap and was able to tie it at the last moment!
It certainly was an exciting night to an exciting season at Valley with tons of costumes throughout the year and boat-loads of spirit! The Jello shots were a flying and the cheers and jeers were in full force this season. Way to go teams, it was a season to remember!
