"Mandy, oh Mandy...what are we ever going to do with you?" That was a phrase all-to-often heard in the first round of the playoffs today. Regardless of the outcome of the play, everyone knew her true feelings as she was excited to share them with the entire field today. Heck, even when she kicked and safely made it to first base she "expressed" her feelings. From the sounds of it, "Mandy, oh Mandy...what are we ever going to do with you?" will be a phrase heard pretty often next week as well! But your entire team still loves you Mandy!

POTW: The Entire Grass Kickin' Team

Wow, wow, wow...what a game! Both teams came with their A game offensively today with a whopper of a final score of 21-20. The best part about it is neither team held the lead for long with only one team leading for more than an inning. Dave was the run-down king but Keith stole the hearts of the crowd as he plowed down a spectator almost to the fence line in deep left-center field. No one quite knows if he did it on purpose as the blond he ran over caused a few people to question his motives...kind of. Of course this game ended in the bottom of the 7th inning when the Grass Kickers came back from being down 20-19 to start the inning. This was an entire team effort today!

Nothing much to say here about why Rose wins player of the week...except she is frickin' awesome! Yes, she made it to home plate when no one would expect her to! We won't go into details but she was a key to the win of Grass Kickers giving them inspiration without even needing to say a word.
