With a monster score That's What She Said took home the championship prize. After a near perfect game in the semi-finals, Kyle fell back a little but still managed a huge score in the second game. Luan picked up any slack though by increasing his score by 30 pins in the finals. While Ben carried his team into the finals, Stick Your Erectile Pin Dysfunction in my Sweet Sweet China just didn't have enough for That's What She said in the final stretch.
In the third place game The White Russians turned it on and put up a score that would have made for a close game with the champions. In an odd twist both The White Russians and The Black Outs were led by their respective "Jeff's".
The 9-pin no-tap champs, 3-Hole Patrol, were matched pretty evenly with Schweaty Balls. Although it ended up a great night for each of them as Schweaty Balls took home a prize of their own...the Spirit Award!
Going for a perfect game after seven strikes in seven frames, Kyle stepped up to the lanes. With a good-looking bowl it looked like he'd be just two frames away from getting that highly elusive 300! Unfortunately the lanes had a different outcome in mind but Kyle managed to pick up the spare anyway. Kyle kept his composure and picked up a strike in the 9th and two more in the 10th frame for a huge 274! Well, only a capped-out 205 but we don't need to say anything about that now do we?
