Austin came up huge for his team this evening! He lead his team to victory in a HUGE way in game 1 of their doubleheader. After not playing the first two innings he subbed in and proceeded to hit not one but two grand slams to lead the way for critical! He added in some solid defense and ended that game 2-2 with 8 RBI’s and 2 runs scored!
Samantha was the leader of her team, she played shortstop all game and hit three for critical condition. She is a Cobcordia Cavalier softball alumni so she knows her way around the diamond and that was evident today with her stellar defense where she took away a few base knocks while making all of the routine plays. She also had a few great knocks even one for extra bases which helped secure the victory for her team! Way to go Samantha! Keep playing hard and carry it over to next week!
