Thugs and kisses gave the syndacite all they could handle. After putting up 6 in the first inning they were winning throughout the entire game. The syndacite wouldn’t be denied though as they played strong defense throughout the entire second half of the game, marked by a beautiful running catch by Zach out in left field. Scoring 2 in the bottom of the 6, they took the lead going into the 7th. Not to be outdone, thugs and kisses scored in the top of the 7th on Sean’s rbi single, tying the game going into the bottom half. Then, with the bases loaded, Gavin shot the ball to left field and was able to bring in the winning run. Great job you guys! Awesome season!
Zack was stellar all day long. Hitting and fielding his way to player of the week. The play that stands out was his running catch out in left field on a booming hit that turned the momentum big time in the championship game. Awesome job Zack!
