It was simply a joy to watch Joy McClain play Wednesday night kickball this last week. It should have been pretty evident what we were in for before the game even started, but being able to experience such a phenomenon was truly a blessing. From taking a path that almost had her touching the outfield when she was just going from first to second to climbing the dugout fence all while laughing throughout the night, Joy allowed us to experience her joy first hand and it was something special. There are few people that just exude joy through their very existence and Underdog kickball is now lucky enough to have such a person play in its leagues.
