The night started off with a bang. Shots on Us vs. the Homeless Cougers. With an 8-0 run to start the game, Shots On Us showed that they were ready to play and take home a Championship. They kept playing strong, even then the Cougers put up a great fight in game two. It was close but Shots took home the first match in 2. In the Other Gym, the Kamikazes beat IgoNoUgo in 2 as well.
The championship match had two team who hadn't lost a game in the playoffs yet. They played each point with heart and sould. Shots swung hard and Kamikazies blocked big but in the end Shots On Us took the match in two games. Way to go Shots! Congrats on being the Late Fall Midcore Beaverly Cleary Tuesday Champs, see you next season!
Brandon came out and started the night right. With a 8-0 serving run for the first game. He helped his team win the second round of the playoffs to advance to the finals. In the finals he was all over the court making saves. He was a team leader tonight with a great attitude and had a great time. Congrats Brandon and Team!
RiDigulous taking Shots on Us on, was a good/fun one. Both sides had big kills, blocks, were TALKING on the court and hustling. Shots on Us would take the match in two and everyone was contributing. Brandon was doing his thing and playing big at the net, blocking different hitters and adding hits. Nice match.
