If ever there was a team that was meant for a league, it was Sparkle Motion and Funcore kickball.
They capped off their splendid season by doing "Western" day right.
Men dressed as saloon girls. Little House on the Prairie Women (but with much saltier tongues). Cowpunchers. The Native American that seemed more Village People than an authentic representation. And even, a Cactus!
Do the costumes impact the quality of their play? Heck, yes! It's not easy running around the bases in boots and ankle length skirts.
But that's what Funcore is all about. And that's why Sparkle Motion is a champion Funcore team.
Rob came to western day, as a cactus! A cactus gets a player of the week.
With countless Pirates and no treasures, troubles could've sparked. Not at King, Crazy Pitches with Sparkle Motion, was rocking the boat. High scoring, late rallies and a lot of laughs. Rob, Zebra and Jeff added to the game with their play and the prop of the week, a shopping cart boat! Great stuff. Stay in motion. Ahoy mates. RRRRRRRRRRRR!
