WOW! That word is, effectively, the only way to describe Everett’s big moment. Everett of Wabo Dogs of exhibited pure athleticism when he performed made an amazing catch. While just kicking off the second inning, Everett made a spectacular diving catch at first base. Off the crack of the bat, he knew the ball was going foul, and he knew he had a fence next to him. Nevertheless, Everett made a sliding catch and makes an amazing play to get the hard earned out for his team, while seemingly defying the laws of physics in the process. The catch was plenty enough to drop the jaws of all witnesses to the scene. For stunning everyone with his pure athleticism, Everett is our player of the week. Congratulations!
