Erika Rose

Bat Intentions

There are plenty of different ways a player can make a difference on a softball field. A game winning base hit in the bottom of the 7th inning, a stellar defensive play at shortstop to end a rally or a complete game masterpiece on the mound.
Those in the know appreciate the art of baserunning & how it can set a team's tone for the entire game. Erika Rose took this to heart and them some in their game against What's your name again? at Gabriel Park on Sunday. Her aggressive running and "catch me if you can" mentality put the defense on edge every time she was on the base path, helping her team put up a whopping 22 runs for the game.
Nice work Erika...those in attendance were treated to a base running clinic by a shinning star of team Bat Intentions.

Erin Fogg

Bat Intentions

A sun-drenched field reigned over the 12:00pm game between Bat Intentions and What's your name again?. With the bleachers back to full capacity and spirits running high among the players, starting pitcher Erin Fogg of Bat Intentions showed no opening day jitters as she took the mound to start the season. Erin was on point from the first pitch, painting the outside corners of the plate for seven innings and keeping the opposing batters guessing the entire game.
Even though her team came up a bit short on the scoreboard, Erin's complete game masterpiece was a sight to behold, putting the rest of the league on notice she was a force to be reckoned with this summer season at Gabriel Park.
