The treacherous aftermath of Sunday’s rain was no feat for Indy #V25. In fact, the muddy surfaces abetted the team to a 2-1 victory over Bump n Grind in their championship game. They rolled through their first set with no issue diving and sprinting to keep rallies alive. Unexpectedly, Bump n Grind soared to win the second set forcing #V25 into a third game. This nail biter waned down with a perfectly executed bump, set, spike and win in #V25’s corner. These individual players gathered as strangers and left as friendly victors.
Ken S. from the Indy #25 team earned himself player of the week this week for his awesome air time that was usually followed by a bit hit. Ken was on top of his game and the ball this week. Big hits set up by his team had him placing balls straight down in the opponents court! Great work Ken and all of indy 25!
