Sarah Moore
Sarah Moore
Scared Hitless
Sarah came to opening night to night ready to start the season off right. She seemed to be right where she needed to be on each play. She made some great saves from out of the net and had a couple great one arm grabs to keep the ball alive. Sarah is graceful yet tough on the court. Great work, keep it up!

Scott McClure
Scott McClure
Kiss My Ace
Scott was a POWER player. Guns a blazing in his spike technique and quick to the floor for a pancake save. All of which he did with special skill versus Scared Hitless. The awe-inspiring move of the match was his Harlem Shake bump off his shoulder to rally back on defense. Wowza what a play! Congrats Scott you're POTW!

Natalie Brown
Natalie Brown
saved by the ball
Natalie was the epitome of dynamite in her match versus Shaggin Balls! If skills could kill, she'd be at the top of Underdog's Most Wanted. It didn't matter that the odds were stacked against her as a blocker and attacker, she was resilient. Natalie stayed composed all game with clutch defense and kills to keep her team in the running against two tower like males at the net.

Taylor VanDomelen
Taylor VanDomelen
Shots on us
Taylor is a Powerhouse when it comes to Spiking! Many cross court kills and even had one pretty cool and funny play that was a spiked ball on top of the net that caused it to roll all the way across the top of the net and fall into the opposing court for a point! She is a really great hitter, whether its serving or spiking she's very very good at it! Way to bring the heat Taylor and keep it up!

Chris Whytock
Chris Whytock
shaggin balls
Homeless Cougars versus shaggin balls was filled with impeccable, long-winded rallies that sparked one heck of an exciting game. Chris, especially, was a court wizard against his opponents. He dropped quickly into a one legged slide to ace an extraordinary foot save that didn't count. It was so abrupt it left a burnt rubber smell looming in the air. He was a rapid fire attacker and a crucial asset to defense!

Hannie Spitzack
Hannie Spitzack
Shots on us
Player of the Week was well deserved by Hannie S. of Shots on Us. She helped her team hear the double header for the night by defeating Saved by the Ball. But it was the second night of the game where she shined as her help lead her team to knock off the first seeded Shaggin Balls. She has an amazing angle shot that goes right past their blocker and down in front of the 10 foot line. She is a consistent server and is always focused and ready to make a play. Great work Hannie and all of Shots on Us. Good Luck in the Championship!
