The Alleyholics were on top all season and left Hollywood with the championship Tuesday night. They're night started with a win in the semi's against an extremely tough Wild Turkeys team that brought their A game but came up a bit short. It took a consistent team showing led by a big game by Nate Warner to get past the Turks and in to the championship. In the other semi the Gutter Mutts came up with one of the highest scores of the season to get past the always tough Spare Bears. The Mutts were led to the ship' by Christy Settle who hit strike after strike until the pins had and enough and knocked themselves down at the sight of her ball. The Mutts cooled down a little in the title game and couldn't overcome another superb showing by The Alleyholics who refused to lose and showed what made them the team to beat all season. It was extremely tight all game with each roll adding to the pressure of the next. The Alleys' hit em when it counted most and pulled it out in the end by only 8 pins. The whole team stepped up their game to another level led by Nick Spencer and Nicki Russum who knockin back pins like shots of tequila on a Saturday night. Great night and season Alleyholics, come back and defend you title soon!!!!
