The Kamikaze's and The Notorious D.I.G were missing key players to start off the semi-finals. The Kamikaze's started off slow and underestimated their competition that was playing with only five on the court. Sam Cheeks and Collin Winn were key players but with all their might could not rally for a win against the Kamikaze's. The Kamikaze's were hungry for another championship win. Meanwhile on the other court Shots on Us was trying to hold off the defending champions, the Swingers 2, from another shot at the title. At the end of the semi-finals it was a rematch from past seasons, The Swingers 2 versus the Kamikaze's. Both were down key players (seemed to be the theme of the semi-finals). Who would pull it off? The Swingers 2 came out strong but would their game be enough? The Kamikaze's put up a fight and rallied. Mike Leake was a tower for the Kamikaze's and Bill Ofenheim had the arm. But in the end the Kamikaze's fight for the title was not enough to overcome the domination of the Swingers 2.
