Multnomah Balls
Multnomah Balls kicked off the first day of the league in style, sporting flannel and jean vests. No theme night tonight. Who cares? They brought their own, making Hollywood lanes feel a little more Country. They also brought high spirits and a strike dance shimmy. Way to set the bar for the season, Mult Balls. We know you'll keep it high.

Dry Bumpers
The gutter may be the bane of so many bowlers' existence, but for Meghan and the whole Dry Bumpers team, a gutterball is an opportunity for awesomeness. Meghan may not have rolled her best game in her life, but in the process won the more fun and exciting game of "who gets the most post-it notes on their back for rolling gutterballs." With a back covered top to bottom, side to side in hilariously phrased post-it notes and a smile on her face, Meghan finished off the night in high style!

Spare Me
It was 80s night here at Hollywood. There were plenty of neon colors, single gloves, and shirts bearing long haired rock bands. But, as with the 80s, there was only one Kermit the Frog. Although Kermit is ageless and will always be a part of our lives, Bryce's bright green spandex and amphibiously decorated hands made everyone at the lanes believe there will never be a Kermit like Kermit of the 80s. And there will never be a Bryce like Kermit the Bryce (or the other way around).

Honorable mention goes to the underused, but ever effective pair of Handerpants sported by Schweaty Balls. If you haven't seen Handerpants before, look it up and you'll know what's up.

The Rolling Stones-Indy #1
On any other week, bringing in your own Prom theme or birthday party full on banners and cupcake would have made you a shoe-in for player of the week. This week we saw all that plus Lisa throw the game of her life, a 202! We've seen plenty of all star bowlers roll 200+, but when you beat your personal record by 80 pins and have the rest of the league cheering you on, that's something rare. Not too mention when your first game is an 83. Congrats, Lisa! Thanks for the great show.

Multnomah Balls
A toga might not be the preferred athletic wear on the lanes -- maybe in Roman times. But now days, some teams might consider a giant sheet draped around their bodies a disadvantage. Multnomah Balls don't, or just don't care. Either is awesome. They were decked out and looking like Bowling Gods, complete with gold leaf adornments. This Spirituous display of lack of concern for performance is always found where Mult Balls roll. That's why they're our BTB Spirit Champs. I hope you wash your sheets before putting them back on your bed.
