Some huge rolling decided the semi-final matches. In the first between Livin on a Spare and Spare Me! both teams recorded huge numbers with players rolling 190+. But with a total of 655, Livin would be hard to beat tonight.
Hi Ballers 2 and Holy Kittens of Death rolled off in our second semi-final match. There was some consistent bowling for the Hi Ballers' team of four with all rolling within 15 pins of each other. But a huge game by Krystal gave Holy Kittens a 100 pin victory.
The battle for third was a fun fest of bowling and Spare Me! took the bronze by 9 pins.
In our final bout for the championship both Livin on a Spare and Holy Kittens of Death traded pins for drinking and singing. Neither team was able to record the monumental totals they posted in the semis, but with some games in the high 160s, our Indy team, Holy Kittens, were able to earn victory and the League Champ 2011 sweat bands.
Livin... didn't walk away empty handed. They showed up all season in full spirit and earned the Spirit Champs award.
It was a great season. Some new faces to Tuesday Hollywood I can't wait to see again.
