Indy #1
Welcome Indy #1 to grass volleyball! Or shall I say "Your Grass is Mine". The new name for a team that has already started making a statement Tuesday nights. Eleanor played exceptionally well, and getting along great with her new teammates. It can be a little nerve racking playing with new people but after the first game this team had adjusted quite well. This team will be one to watch out for.

As serve after serve was sent her way Sabina stay strong. Nearly every time Sabina was able to bump the ball to the front where the rest was taken care of by her teammates. Her stong play limited the service opportunities of Number 1 Priority and resulted in many side-outs for her team.

On a windy night Sabina stayed calm, starting the plays that led to her team finishing with a victory!

Grass Stains is what their are called and grass stains is what they got!
Grass Stains is what their are called and grass stains is what they got!
Hustle was the name of the game and Grass Stains was the team doing it. Playing with three is never easy. However, Grass Stains made it look pretty.

Great Communication, great shot-making and all-out effort were the keys to victory. Grass Stains got to and returned most everything a scrappy Fearsome Foursome team hit at them.

On a great night of volleyball, great effort prevailed and Grass Stains surely lived up to their name.

Fearsome Foursome Wins With Threesome!
Fearsome Foursome Wins With Threesome!
In a strange turn of events this week Fearsome Foursome did to "Your Grass is Mine" exactly what "Grass Stains" did to them last week. They came together and did all they had to do to win with three people.

It came down to superior communication, all-out hustle, and a few breaks. These three things proved to be the right formula to beat "Your Grass is Mine". They put to use every lesson they learned from last week.

Fearsome Foursome has seen both sides of an Underdog grass volleyball threesome, I am sure they would admit that it is much more fun when you come out on top.

Emily Rall stepped on to the grass court and stood out in more ways then one. Her bright purple AWESOME shirt, combined with her sky high PERFECT sets made this CHICA an All Star** from the beginning of the game until the nets came down. She rocked the whole game by staying positive, smashing serves and encouraging her teammates to finish strong. Not only did she kill the game, but she filled everyones bellies with some DELICIOUS Cookies!!

Melody started game one with killer digs and smoking spikes, but was holding back on her secret weapon that clutched the game, and the championship match. She set the grass on fire with 10 straight serves in a row...Yeah that's right..... 10 in a row. Great performance and great style with a rockin tie dye T.
