Summer Softcore Kickball at Col Summers Mon/Wed

Who ever said rookies cant win championships? Well I"ll tell you this they never met Ashley. Even though it was her first game in the Kickball arena she held it down for her team. Making crucial plays at short stop, she had a few hits out there as well, and best believe she was able to bring it home for a couple scores for her team. Don't chalk it up as beginners luck, this new kickball star will shine for weeks to come.

Not only was he out there all game at first base coaching his players to victory. He was playing the game as well. And what a game was he playing. Not only does he strike fear to every kickball within 100 miles when he steps up to the plate, he is no slouch behind the plate as catcher either. A foolish batter thought he could get in the head of this catcher lets just say he gave him a " RUN" for his money. Kyle and the Halfletes are a team to look out for.

Starting off strong winning ro-sham-bo, Coach was on it sending the freaks take the field. Winning their first game in close fashion, only to repeat for their double header.
Winning the second Rock Paper Scissors she was on. Second game was just as exciting, we’ll played and high scoring. Adding some nice kicks/bunts, scoring runs and playing tough defense, Dannie was doing it all!

Lets give it up one time for Kenzie, what a game she had. Watching her play was like catching lighting in a bottle just pure amazing. Her highlight on the night, she caught a ball in right then used her cannon of an arm and was able to throw the runner out at 2nd. WOW does she have some juice!! We just might need to check her for PED's.

Few people can say they embody team spirit like Oliver can. As the heart of IDS Summer Kickball, Oliver didn't miss a single game all season and approached each game like it was his first. The energy, excitement, and enthusiasm that players, umps, and fans encountered each and every week was endless. Oliver's dance moves, his celebrations after getting an out, and his readiness to make the most of each at bat showed us the best of what Underdog players have to offer. I can admit I'm a little jealous of Oliver's signature dance and overall energy, and even though I know I'll never be able to get on his level, I really hope he never changes who he is.
