The new kids on the block are No 40's in The Koozie and they came to win! These folks recently came to Tuesday nights at Eastmoreland and they made a great first impression. All the players have different levels of activity in other sports as well but always come together and have a great time.
The last game they played was well earned and hard fought as they battled their opponents 1-1 at times, inching their way to victory. But what's most important? They didn't give up!
On top of it their season was colored with losses and some victories here and there, scattered about. Which only made the end of the season more sweet as they finished on top. Proving that if you stick with it and have fun along the way you'll always get better!
Just remember, no 40s in the Koozie. Why? Because you'll stretch it out!

Sets on Sets on Sets on the victory lap of the season! This seasoned group of friends first met through playing multiple sports and they've stuck together over volleyball. As they have played at different locations Eastmoreland is one of their preferred and how fitting for them to reign over these courts as Midcore 2 champs!
Sets on Sets on Sets had an awesome season playing consistently well through long volleys and hard won sets during their games. The last two games which brought them to the top were played against teams that brought relentless energy and whomever would win definitely earned it. And that they did!
You'll always see this team jumping, smiling, dancing, and high giving throughout their games which can only mean that not only do they enjoy the game, but they enjoy spending time with one another on the courts! Congrats Sets on Sets on Sets and see you on Thursdays next season!
