Sand Busters indeed, they played a close match against a good Side Out team but they forced more side outs in the end. Melissa was making plays and calls to her teammates, all while serving tough.
Adding a second match as a sub, her game carried over to Sand Dimes. Nice matches, great effort and attitude! Congrats on being this weeks Player of the Week!

Sand Dimes was money indeed. Playing a tough match, winning all three sets with two going over the 21 score.? Multiple long rallies, serving aces and big dogs/hits, this match had it all.
Alissa was playing an all around match, digging all sorts of shots, with one or two arms! Adding some nice serves, the game ending 2nd set kill and a great attitude, it was a nice match.

Despite the sun glaring in his face and sports tape substituted for a band-aid, Keene’s positive attitude was not hindered. Keene constantly cheered on his team regardless of whether or not he was on the court. Saw some great saves, smart tips and a couple serve streaks - keep on keeping on Keene and congrats on being this weeks Player of the Week!

It was the last regular season match and All about that Ace came ready to play. They took on Soft Serve who were down a couple players but it didn’t stop’em from giving hard effort.

All about that Ace, indeed! Serves were tough and carried Indy to the 3rd set tied 1-1, but it wasn’t enough.
Jolie was hustling, diving and digging balls all match. Having fun with her teammates win lose or draw.

Winner of 6:30pm Championship game will play again at 7:30pm for a Super Championship
Soft Serve takes Super Champ Title
Sand Busters don’t go down without a fight
The Sand Busters beat out Indy V23 in an exciting match moving them forward to the SuperChampionship game against Soft Serve. With Sand Busters playing a double header and Soft Serve only having 3 players present, both teams went into the match with a slight disadvantage. In a neck-and-neck game, Soft Serve eventually prevailed beating out Sand Busters in a tie-breaker set giving them the Super champ title. Both teams did an amazing job at keeping spirits high and having positive energy! Well done to all.
