This week, there was a show of strength and energy from one stand-out player on the Ligers. Throughout the game, Heather showed tons of enthusiasm, playing solidly and boosting her team's fun factor. When she went for a diving save in the third set, Heather flew with such power that she managed to dislocate her finger. Not one to quit, she quickly got it back in and never even left the court! All who witnessed the incident were more than impressed, and Heather went on to lead her team to victory. Congrats Heather, you're our player of the week!

We have many spirited teams at Underdog Volleyball, and most people come out to have fun and play with their friends. Even so, Gravy Diggers stand out from the rest. These ultimate players bring their spirit of the game and cheers to UD Volleyball, and seem to be having a great time every week. They play games in between sets, and their good attitudes never waver. Thanks, Gravy Diggers, and keep it up!

Not the Face is a long time Underdog team. A great group of people who always come ready to play and have a good time simultaneously. But we have to give a shout out to the front man Rob who led the team this season up front. A great team player who plays so well with all his ladies behind him.
