Indy Team #V1
Indy Team #V1 Stepped on the court with some players not only, not knowing each other, but never having played together. As the game progressed they began to gel and improved as the match went on. They are also receiving this accolade for coming up with a, not only a hilarious team name, but one we at Underdog embrace. so here's to you "Always get it up", may this volleyball season be well to you!

We Always Get it Up
Adam Gonzalez was a late add to this once Indy Team V#1, and boy he couldn't have shown up at a better time. He immediately blended with the teams chemistry and led them to their first Underdog Winter Volleyball win. It was Adams hustle that sparked the team, and his kills that rallied to the win. Adam was even quoted telling one teammate to "Just Get it up"! Well use of a team name during a heated contest!!

Courtney Jackson
King of Queens (Indy Team #V2)
It was Courtneys actions in and out of game that are earning her this vaunted title. Courtney rallied the team with cheering, high fiving, and slaps on the rear. At certain points during the first two sets, when her team was down, Courtney called a time out to gather her team and come up with a game plan, and for the most part, they made the game competitive. Although the end result came up short, with Courtneys rallying and positive attitude, King of Queens is on there way to being a competitive team in the soft-core league.

Win or Lose we Booze
Crissy brought her game and her splint to play in a tough matchup against a tough Setsual Healing team. performing her best Willis Reed impression, by not only showing up injured but playing at a high level injured. Crissy was forced to serve with one hand, forced to dig with one hand, and forced to kill with one hand. She led her team in service points with that one hand. Heres to Crissy and her dominant right hand! Who really needs two hands anyway?!?

Triffid Abel
Block Party
In a closely contested first two sets, Triffid kept being in the right place at the right time. Her kills in the first set led to the win. Her saves and serves in the second set kept it close and took it to overtime. In the third set she put it all together, and led her team to the big deciding victory. Triffids hustle and tenacity is just what her team needs heading down the home stretch of the season.

Becky Humphreys
Becky Humphreys
Balls Deep
In fear that they wouldnt have enough players, Captain Ambrosi approached me and asked if any of the other teams had a female to spare, or they would have to forfeit. Just then an injured Becky entered the arena. I asked if she was alright to play, and without skipping a beat she said "yea, let do this"! Then proceeded to direct her team in the fashion that only a team leader could. The fire, tenacity, and resilience, displayed by Becky easily gives her player of the week and makes us at Underdog proud to have players like her!!

Scott Nasello
Scott Nasello
Setual Healing
Scott brought a playoff intensity rarely seen, and it rubbed off on his teammates. He was the first one on the court and the last one off. In the first game Scott had numerous saves and spiked his way to Setuals Play-off win. In the second match Scott was back to his old saving self, even having an incredible jump off the wall save, the even Ken Griffey Jr could be proud of. Scotts determination and intensity kept the match close, but came up just shy in the 3rd set. A great season by Scott and the rest of Setual Healing!
