Spring Midcore Volleyball at Wattles Boys & Girls Club Tuesdays

Janessa P. had herself a game this week! Not only a very smart and skilled volleyball player, but a teammate who always encourages her team through every play. In the back row, Janessa P. makes sure the ball doesn’t touch the ground if she isn’t on the ground as well trying to get it up. There was even a play where she almost ran up the walls to save the ball!!! Her serves and spikes are like bullets crossing over the net, and she never fails to celebrate her teammates successes. Awesome playing this week!

Chanley B. from “Indy V12” had himself a game! Starting the night with killer top spin serves from the back line getting back to back aces! He sees everything on the other side of the court, always finding open spots for his team to gain points. With a jump that has him soaring into the air, Chanley B. owns the net in the front row! He is always encouraging his teammates, assisting in every way he can, and giving all he’s got on every play. Great playing this week Chanley B!

Jennifer S. was getting all the saves tonight! She had beautiful serves from the back line, and throughout the play, contributed in any way she could. She was saving balls from the back part of the court, getting them over the net to continue the rally. You could hear her teammates scream, “YES JENNY!” as she dug bullets from the back row! Great saves all around!
