In an exciting match between the top two seeds, Dragon Screw & SpikeOpaths went head-to-head in a 3-set championship game. The SpikOpaths had won their 6:15 game, securing them a spot in the finals against Dragon Screw. In the first set, Dragon Screw took the W and kept the momentum going from their 7:15 game. The SpikeOpaths must have had an inspiring half-time locker room speech because they took the 2nd set in strides, winning by 13 points. The 3rd set was for all the marbles - a tie-breaking chance to take the title in a what felt like a "finale" game (since neither team were able to secure a spot next season). It was neck-and-neck with each team scoring point after point. Dragon Screw eventually prevailed victorious and went home with all the marbles (and yet another champ wristband to add to their collections)!
