Who says Underdog is not about fun? Try telling this to the Player of the Week, Lenny Howell. Not only did Lenny lead his team to a victory with tenacious flag pulls (5), but he did this while running up and down the field in a miniature batman outfit (minus the cape and mask). To add more intimidation to the opposing team, he also came out on the field wearing a pink, little skirt and a birthday-cone-hat. At halftime the score was close, but he wasn't worried as he posed for the cameras taking pictures as it wear a photo session. Nice job Lenny. Way to represent your team and Underdog in having a blast. Congratulations!
This weeks player of the game goes to William McCloskey from team Debauchery Barn. The team ended up losing to Safety Blitz in an epic ending, however, preparing for the game William and his team brought a full tailgating party to the park and enjoyed the whole day making it a fun, family party at Powell Park. Even in the rain, this team and crew come out to play and have a good time! Good game guys.
