Winter Co-ed Volleyball at Eastmoreland Courts Thursdays

Hand Stuff played Balls Deep in Tips & Passes and man was it a game to watch. Both team came out swinging. Hard hits and aggressive play. In Game one Balls Deep took the game with big serves. Hand Stuff adapted to the serves and took those runs out of the equation. They kept serving consistent, not wanting to give up points there. Instead they focused on great passes to the setter who placed the ball perfectly to the hitter to do their job. Consistency in serving got them to game 3, but their net play sealed the deal. Hand Stuff stuffed the net, they blocked the other team and made excellent spot choices. Nice Game!

Hand Stuff

Just call him Single Hand Sam! Sam played in back to back games but that didn't slow him down. He made one save after another sprinting to the back of the court, sliding and throwing a single hand out to put the ball back in the middle of the court for a teammate to place it over the net. In thee championship game he went wide for another incredible save to get the ball over the net for a kill. Not only did Sam have amazing plays throughout the game, he has consistent in his serves and setting up his team for success. His sportsmanship shined after Hand Stuff lost the first game of the Championships. He cheered and encouraged the team, they came back and took home the win. Way to go Sam!

Hand Stuff

This week our team of the week goes out to Hand Stuff! This group is always fun to play. They run a tough game but also keep it lighthearted. Pumping the tunes on the sidelines, and sticking around to cheer on their friends. They love the game and are always excited to be here.
