This Monday at the park we saw something special. Something that we usually see on the basketball courts. It was so special that I am quite positive we will never see it again!
Team Not the Face was playing their game and scrambling all over the place for great rallies. Lindsay, standing a whole 5 feet tall, was serving up a storm and was amazing for anybody....not just her.
Liam was inspired by the upcoming basketball Olympic games and spiking the ball straight into the net all the time. But alas, Lindsay bumped the ball straight at Liam. He shrugged his shoulders out of instinct as to get out of the way. The ball hit him and flew over the net for a point.
It wasn't the ideal play, but it looked really amazing. Even though it was complete accidental, it was dubbed the 1st ever volleyball alley-oop. It is very rare that will never be converted again. Because of its providing this rare play both Lindsay and Liam get a Duo Player of the Week. Congratulations.
