They have become the legend (slayers) of the fall. In two weeks, Local Sports Team has defeated the defending co-ed champs, One Night Cuddle, and the dynastic Roustabouts. Both of these teams are veteran groups and Local Sports Team are relatively new to the Underdog scene; that has not limited them, though.
They play a fast and smart game and several of their players have the ups to contest any pass. They are good for a few highlight reel catches every game.
