Joe Walker was 1-1 on the day as the starting QB for the Something Funny Squad that played a double-header this Sunday. Running a skeleton crew due to scheduling conflicts, the quarterback bared much of the workload, using a strong-arm and some nifty scrambling to help his team even a midst a wardrobe malfunction that occurred when a defender got a little more than they bargained for when they went for Joe's flag. Either way, Joe played through it like a champ.
So congrats to Joe Walker, OUR SUNDAY MEN'S FLAG FOOTBALL PLAYER OF THE WEEK!
Gann came in looking to make this his game. He helped his team to its first win with a 2 point conversion in addition to leading everyone in receiving yards.
