The tempo kicked up a notch as 2 great teams, Dennis and Sets on the Beach battled hard. Especially, Amanda White, who stepped up tremendously. She stayed focused and reacted to each ball flawlessly. Whilst she had no errors, she had 2 touches in vital rallies. One resulting in a killer spike and a point gain. Needless to say, her hustling merited her the POTW title.
Mike kicked off the night eager to learn and help setup the equipment. His pure intentions carried over into his style of play. He showed his multi-tasking brilliance monitoring his son on the sidelines and simultaneously hustling to rebound every spike.... and for this Mike earns POTW.
