The best part about Zak Benson of Sets on the Beach is his low key sense of humor that keeps his teammates and opponents at the best FUN level possible. Seeing rec sports in the spirit of friendly competition, Zak always has a great way of keeping the smiles and levity at the forefront of any match. Sets on the Beach had a fun game against All About That Ace on Thursday at St. Charles and was in no small part due to Zak's sense of humor. His VB skills don't hurt either as he takes care of business either at the service line or on the front row. Front row is especially covered when he cracks jokes with his opponents which takes them out of rhythm for a split second. So maybe that's Zak's MO - keep 'em laughing while distracting them from their work! At any rate, Zak is a gem and Sets on the Beach a lucky squad to have him on the team!
