Fall Co-ed Softball at University/Farragut Park Mondays

Farleigh Winters puts her pants on one leg at a time just like you do... but then she goes out and plays flawless defense and rings line drives all over the field in powering her team to victory. Farleigh had several hits, runs scored, and RBIs and saved many more runs from scoring with several great catches in left. Her awe inspiring performance was a key component in Scared Hitless' 13-8 come-from-behind victory Monday night earning Farliegh the Week 1 Player of the Week.

Brennan was the man tonight! You couldn't ask for a better night out of any player. He pitched two full games, had a few strike outs and even hit the very first over the fence Homerun at Farragut Park! What a monster hit that was. Brennan is always there for a good time no matter his teams outcome and truly loves playing Underdog Softball, the perfect guy for any teams liking. Keep up the already huge season Brennan and good luck!

Kevin was on the mound and ready to play, even without all their players. Pitching a complete game, while adding some great stops and catches from the mound, his defense was on.
Hustling and covering home, he was playing two positions. Pitching and catching, like he was playing with himself. Nice job and way to add some hits too.

The 8:30pm game between Honey Nut Ichiros & Straight Outta No.Po. showcased the defensive skills of Cole Streiff, a left fielder with some serious wheels and knack for being in the right place at the right time. The Straight Outta No.Po. batters challenged him all game long with some sure to be base hits, only to have their rallies at the plate squashed by one defensive gem after another. At one point Cole took it upon himself to record three straight outs in the middle of the game, letting everyone know left field was off limits for this fine night of Underdog softball at Farragut Park.
