Sarah Paul had an amazing day Sunday at Irving Park. She made several plays in left center field making them look easy every time. She was able to get several hits and several RBIs as well and took the advice of the catcher to employ a new hitting technique... and then rocketed a line drive single to center. But, the cool part of Sarah's games was the genuine joy and excitement she displayed whenever she did something good... and, with her performance, she was doing the Dance of Joy all day long. Congratulations, Sarah. You're this week's Player of the Week!

Joe
Keanu's Breaking Point overcame an early 7-run deficit to take down the Sandlot on Sunday. Joe was huge on both sides of the ball, smashing 2 home runs and making a nifty play at second base to turn an unassisted double play on Sandlot captain Stephen. Way to go Joe!

Pitch Please
Ned proved his toughness on Sunday. While playing shortstop, he took a hard chopper to the face off a tricky bounce. Unfazed, he remained in the game and continued to knock the ball all over the field. His tenacity would prove vital for Pitch Please, who fended off a pesky Pabst Smear to win, 10-9. Way to hang in there, Ned!

Jeff at third? Swart move!
Pitch Please has always been dangerous. Solid both offensively and in the field, they've got talent up and down the roster. Perhaps none of the Pitch Pleasers is more lethal than Jeff! Although not the loudest voice on the field, he lets his play do the talking. In Sunday's game, Jeff could be found smashing opposite field homeruns and making great play after great play at third base. I don't even know why your team would consider hitting the ball his way: Dude is a straight vacuum cleaner at third base. 'Roomba' certainly made a name for himself Sunday, opposing teams beware!

Keanu's Breaking Point - Indy #S11
Two things are certain when playing Keanu's Breaking Point: "2-out-ral-ly" cheers and Cailin domination. Slick catches, smash hits, and bat flips were on full display Sunday, as Cailin ruled the softball diamond from the first pitch. Cailin crushed hits all over the field and patrolled the outfield with reckless abandon. 70 percent of the Earth's surface is covered by water, the rest is covered by Cailin!

After a solid showing against Jort Report, Cailin stuck around and helped Pabst Smear go neck and neck with the Syndicate. Great job today, Cailin!

Yur’s
Jeff was undoubtedly the best shortstop on the field Sunday! He didn't always take the most direct path to balls, often opting for a longer, more circuitous route. As the sun and clouds played tag, Jeff smashed the ball all over the diamond and made plays like they were happening in slow motion!
