Keep clam was the motto for slug chugs tonight during their tight game against Darcy’s Angels. They split the first two sets and were forced to play a third. Here Slug Chugs refocused. They slowed down the ball and started getting their three touches in setting up for great hits. This regrouping allowed them to make smart plays and take the third game and the championship! Settings Ducks took home the championship tonight in a close flight match against No Diggity. The first set went into overtime but Setting Ducks couldn’t snag the win. This fueled their fire and they can back to win the next two sets. Theses games had big hits and big blocks, the points went back and forth. It was a tough match but Setting Ducks stayed consistent and calm. Great win tonight!
