Spring Co-ed Bowling Thursdays at Hollywood Bowl 7pm

Throw your hands in the ai-yer for Busstop A.D., homies and homettes. For many seasons, the various amalgamations of Sweet Sweet China (among other names) have regularly brought armloads of empty beer pitchers and great bowling to the Big Turkey Bowling league. This season saw them come into the finals along other historic teams (Ebowla and PBR), as well as the F.E.R.N.S. on only their second run of BTB and magically stealing 1st for the Spring regular season.

In game 1 Busstop showed FERNS what about 18 more seasons of BTB has gotten them. Five pitchers and a couple turkeys later, Busstop had taken the game by a sizable 70 pins.

The PBR vs. Ebowla battle was epic. It was PBR Brian vs. Ebowla Brian keeping up with one another for the high scores of the game, with 192 and 205 (capped) respectively. Members of both teams rallied throughout the game that would end in a close, 9 pin difference with PBR in the lead. A great battle.

The finals saw Busstop vs. PBR on the championship lanes. PBR's Brian could not keep the roll rolling and Kris' 172 for the game just couldn't lick the Busstop AD's streak. Karl's great 191 and the rest of the Busstop bowling brought them out of reach by nearly 40 pins. Great bowling.

As the championship bowling was raging, no-tap masters Twofurkey took the big prize for the night. An amazing display of 9 pin action. Happy Hookers and Purple Rain took the Spirit Prize 1 and 2. A magical evening, friends. Magical.
